Our Doctors are Specialists in Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics. All of our assistants are trained, certified, and registered orthodontic assistants. For this reason, our office meets and surpasses all OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) and CDC (Center for Disease Control) standards. We are confident that you will feel right at home in our office as we welcome all patients as if they were family.
Appointments
Our offices are appropriately staffed to accommodate your scheduling needs. In most cases, same day appointments are available. We appreciate and value your time: therefore, our offices facilitate communications and emergency calls and appointments are made quickly.
Financial
We take pride in providing great care at a great value. Our financial coordinators will work with you on choosing the option that fits your financial situation best. We will do everything we can to help you afford the treatment you need and want. We are more than happy to submit all insurance forms for you and help you receive the maximum benefits that you are entitled to. Our offices accept checks, cash, and all major credit cards.
Our in-office financing provides our patients with an affordable payment plan free of interest. Low down payments, family discounts, prepayment discounts and non insurance discounts are additional ways that we help our patients afford a beautiful smile.
Cancellation
If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 24 hours notice. We ask for this advance notice so that we can offer this appointment to another patient. A fee may be charged if a patient does not show up for an appointment without sufficient notice.
