Charles B. Peters, III, D.D.S., M.S.
Dr. Peters attended college at East Tennessee State University where he majored in Biology, graduating with a Bachelor of Science degree. He received his dental degree (D.D.S.) from the University of Tennessee Center for the Health Sciences, graduating with honors. He completed his Orthodontic Residency at the University of Tennessee Center for the Health Sciences and received a Master of Science in Orthodontics (M.S.).
Dr. Peters entered private practice after 20 years of distinguished service as an officer and an orthodontist in the United States Air Force. During his military career he served as Clinical and Research Director for the Tri-Service Orthodontic Residency Program at Wilford Hall Medical Center, Lackland AFB, TX. He also held an appointment as Assistant Professor in the Department of Orthodontics at the University of Texas Health Science Center.
He and his wife Lisa have one son, Chad, who resides in San Antonio with his wife Ana.
Dr. Peters is a member of the American Association of Orthodontists, Southwestern Society of Orthodontists, American Dental Association, the Texas Dental Association and the San Antonio District Dental Society.
