Dr. Carlos V. Lamboy was born and raised in Humacao, Puerto Rico. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science from the University of Florida in 1996. He attended Marquette University School of Dentistry in Milwaukee, Wisconsin from 1996-2000 and graduated at the top of his class achieving his Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree. He went on to pursue his long-life dream of becoming an Orthodontist by specializing in the field of Orthodontics from Marquette University, where he received a Master of Science and a Certificate of Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics in 2002.
After finishing his education, he relocated to Fort Myers, Florida where he practiced from 2002-2010. He recently relocated to San Antonio, Texas to serve the community with their orthodontic needs. He truly enjoys San Antonio and all its cultural diversity. He is fluent in English and Spanish to better serve the community and maximize his communication with patients and parents.
He is a member of numerous professional organizations, including the American Association of Orthodontists, the American Dental Association, the Texas Dental Association, and the San Antonio Dental Society.
Dr. Lamboy is married and has two daughters. His interests include spending time with his family and friends, traveling, playing golf, basketball, bicycling and mountain biking.
